The Food
It’s hard to believe, but based on the high praise our kitchen staff receives each year, we wonder which our guests enjoy the most – the angling or the food. The menu is hearty, the presentation is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious.
Every season we do our best to outdo ourselves and give you a dining experience you won’t soon forget. In fact, after years of being asked for our “secret” recipes, we published a Fishing Unlimited Lodge “Alaskan Appetites” cookbook. The book is available at the lodge.
